Included in the sale is the domain TakeCaution.com (Limited traffic, a little but not but advertising going on for it, and not many articles so search engines dont send much traffic), which is located at Dotregistrar.

-All articles (I believe its a couple, they are original)

The main thing in this sale is the actual domain TakeCaution.com, which has had some nice appraials above the $100 mark.

Im looking for all offers and will more then consider anything above $40.

Thats a good decision, develop it for some time & then U can give it for sale if it gets enough traffic.

Yah, And I think it has alot of potentional. Most of the tutorials Ive been posting get about 5 Uniques a day once they are googled which could build up after a while :)
