$72,100.00!!! WOW!!! I never knew websites were worth this much!! I am Surprised, this is the first time i have seen a website for sale for that much.

Maybe some day when my hosting business gets big i will be able to sell it and buy a new house or am i just dreaming :D lol

The Reserve price wasn't reached.

What does the Reserve Price mean? Is that if you want to reserve the item then pay all of it later or something?

On eBay (and generally on Auction's Site) Reserve price means the item won't be sell if a minimum required (by the owner) price is not reached. Usually this price is hidden until a bidder reach it....
Eg: You are selling a Domain Name. Open Bid is $1 but you know it has a value of $100.
Then you can set up a Reserve Price of $95. If at the end of the auction the last bid is $94, then you won't have to let your item.
There is also a "Buy it now" price, in our example, it may be $120. As soon as the highest bidder will reach this price, the auction will be ended. It allows bidders to buy directly an item without playing the game of the highest bidder....
