Due to time constraints and other commitments, I am currently looking to sell my forums and sites. They present a huge amount of potential however I simply can not spare the required time to carry them to the next level. I have already received an overhelming response for NameMatters.Com and some of the other sites under our network therefore I have decided to sell them off separetly. I think this will give everybody a better chance to bid on what they are interested in. Please find below the details of sites and domains included in the sale.

Our new domain forum. Despite being only a couple of months old, the forum already has over 250 members and 2100 posts. The site gets around 150 unique visitors and 300-400 page impressions per day. The forum has a great looking specially designed skin as well as a number of various scripts and hacks installed. We also have AlstraSoft expired domains program installed on the site for members use. The site is currently getting advertised on DNJournal as well as a few other forums and sites. We expect the site to get a PR ranking of 5 right off the bat with the next update. I simply feel that this site presents a huge potential for the future if marketed right. I will be accepting offers over $2K for NameMatters.Com which is about the amount I have spent so far for this site. I have no Google Adsense stats specifically for this site as the ads have been served through the same channel for our entire network. General discussion forum with a unique great looking design/skin and a very friendly feel. The site is 2-3 months old and has over 550 members and 4500 posts. Currently gets around 100 uniques and 300 page impressions a day. The site is also used as support forum for our free email service, id7.com. TalkingWorld has also been nominated for VBulletin.Com board of the month for July and is currently 3rd in the running. I will accept offers over $950 for this site which is not really much from the amount I have spent for the custom design, coding and ads.

Our FREE email service offering its' users 30 MB space and a variety of other email features. Currently has around 6000 members and gets 500-800 unique visitors and 4000-5000 impressions. A great tool for marketing your network sites and other products. The server has been having a few issues lately due to MySQL load caused by HiveMail however we have been informed that the problems would be ironned out with the next HiveMail release which is expected within a couple of weeks. Members can be offered a paid service which should generate quite a bit of interest. Buyer can keep the server or move the service to his/her own server. Once again offers over $600 will be considered which is a very good value considering the Hivemail licence by itself costs $160.

Havent' really been able to promote this site actively however I feel that it can get very active with the right kind of advertising and promotion especially considering WB's plans to shoot SM5.

2) STARWARS.CC - http://www.starwars.cc - NO PR - Stats

StarWars fan forum and community. Recently launched with a good name. Has over 35 members and 220 posts. With active promotion, the site can become very popular. Currently gets 50-70 unique visitors and 100-500 impressions. Once again, with the upcoming and final StarWars movie, this site can easily become a hit if promoted right.

3) SPIDERMANFORUMS.COM - http://www.spidermanforums.com - PR3 - Stats

Spiderman fan forum and community. Couple of months old. Has 40 members and 130 posts with a nice looking modified skin. Gets around 40-50 uniques with 100-200 impressions. This is another site which I have not been able to promote as I wanted but I feel that it also has a very bright future in the right hands.

Great name. Just completed development and ready to be launched as a Sports Betting & Gambling Forum. Has unique sports betting and horse racing scripts designed to enable forum members to gamble with their forum points. Currently gets around 10-20 uniques a day. Huge potential as a sports betting & gambling forum when developed correctly. I will be accepting offers over $500 for this site. Considering I have spent $200 only for the custom betting scripts, this is a very good value.

Most of the traffic for the sites are obtained through Google, Internal Network Links which are available at the bottom of all the pages and our promotions and activities for current members and visitors. We expect at least 2-3 of the PR5 sites to become PR6 after the next update as well as sites with no PR to get a rank around 4-5. A considerable amount of time and funds have been channelled into these sites therefore I will not sell if the right offer is not received.
