Announce.com is looking to rapidly expand it's banner exchange program. We currently offer 10,000 free banner ad impressions just for signing up. We also provide 10,000 free banner ad impressions for each new user referred to us from your website.

On another note, we are looking to expand. If you run a small to mid size banner exchange with 10+ members we would be willing to pay $2 per account that is switched over to Announce.com plus provide the users with the bonus to start them off. We are open to negotiations.
