Great tutorials website for sale. Currently PR3 on google but is #4 on Yahoo for "Excel Tutor" and number 15 for "free excel tutorials"

According to Overture those two key phrases alone had 1,500 searches done last month.

Google adsense serves high value PPC ads on these keywords so this is a good way to drive adsense revenue.

The site can have tutorials added to it by users and you can approve them. You can also set up your own admin users and give them whatever permissions you like.
