The site is a fully functioning dating site for older women looking for younger men. There are currently 1750 real members.

The site generates $300 per month.

There are roughly 15 new members signed up each day.

You can use the current software the site is running or have your own developed and installed. You will still get the member database but of course you are responsible for transferring it and everything.

Hmm what else? That is about it I guess. Big opportunity for someone with a little time to put into it. As I said it already generates a couple hundred a month just from traffic so it is a great start for someone trying to get into this market.

Sorry about that. That was an old post. I am looking for one years revenue. It is growing at a good rate so there is no reason to think it will stop growing.

My Google adsense revenue alone covers the costs of PPC advertising and then some.

I currently have an offer of $4k so bids have to be higher than that.
