Many parties have expressed interest in the forum.
There were numberious offers from different parties in $10 000 - $15 000 range all of which were declined.

Different radio and TV stations were calling inviting me and the previous owner for the interview.

Now it's for sale.

I think you are wasting a lot of money by selling it so cheap.
Post it on the website and see if somebody bites the bait.

I sell it that cheap to someone who buys it quick.
Don't have time to market it. Someone can resell it for 2x or 3x the asking price.
