Please Review http://www.yourfavouriteshop.com - 07-12-2004, 11:13 AM

Hello-

I'm mainly looking for a review on the following aspects:

Functionality
Ease of Use
Visual Appeal

http://www.yourfavouriteshop.com

My goal is an intuitive site, not cutting edge. I'm mostly interested in things that may or may not put you off from a customers standpoint. I'm mostly after local and european sales (not so much US as we aren't competitive when including US postal rates)

I don't mind a few tips on SEO but I want to focus more on the above for now.

Thank You in Advance,
Jason

2 things after a real quick review..

1.) I dunno about that logo..
2.) I am not a big fan of the left and right side fading into white.. Looks a bit sloppy..

Other than that looks good very functional and easy on the eyes.. Easy to
navigate..

Just noticed all that crap at the bottom.. Nice CSS or font trick but that will get you removed from some search engines... Don't do it..

Heres my 2 cents :.02

- The left and right columns are wider than the header image

- Way too many images, I think you should consider taking out a few images and replacing them with text

- Consider changing a few font sizes, some look a bit big...and the very bottom text...Search engines aren't likely to pick that up, its too small. Hopefully you won't get penalized for it.

- And the logo..eh..I think it could be a lot better. If you're going to keep it in Times new roman like that, I would just make that text rather than an image.
