Erm, there's not a whole lot to the design! Just the default vB3 style with a new logo.

Didn't notice them the first time. Might want to make those sections are little bit more noticable. The main directory page has too many banners on it, imo. The rollover effect in the menu is very slow to react to the mouse. The three main sections (forums, directory and chat room) don't have a similar layout which I think would work better.

Oh and I agree with Dan on the number of forums. Start small and work your way up.
