I would have to say nice site for the most part.
I only see a few things that coudl use some improvement. On the main page you have two little advertisements. One of them is for hosting and the other is a gaming server. You should match the weight and font sizes of the prise in both of these. The dollar ammount and the /mo & up are differently weighted.
I would have some sort of border around your total site like with
http://www.harbornetworks.net. If you were to add the left and right border, it would better define the content and help transition the edges into the grey.
Next thing I would maybe conside is increasing your font size in some areas of your site. The Company News section can be considered hard to read with the small font size. Not everyone has 20/20 vision and may have and extremely hard time reading that section.
The words under your company name on the bottom right hand corner of your site on the main page is hard to read. It appears to be blurry due to the size of the font. You may consider stretching it out a bit more or changing fonts.
I know support is rough when it comes to running a smaller company, but your contact page could use a little work. Consider moving your actual contact information int the center part of the site. Upon a first glance your eyes are naturally drawn to the center section is. That is usually where you look for the content, but it's nothing but a huge white section. Maybe add a picture or a little writeup to fill some of the space. You could always put some adds for your products on the left side in the blue area. Also on this screen it looks like something is missing in the section above the blue area on the left. The only reason I'm saying that is all the other pages have something in that area.
You may want to add something so people know what the two text sections and the ok button are for. They almost appear to be part of the drop down to the right. I didn't have a clue as to what it was until I typed some random information into the boxes and noticed the second one is for a password. Therefore I'm assuming that this is a login for the control panel or billing software.
One thing that seem inconsistant is your left side. Some pages have clickable links in them while others don't. You seem to explain some terms and concets on your support page (FAQ), but you don't seem to explain what Server Side Includes, which web statistics programs you use, and what bulletin board software. By the sound of things I'm assuming your using cpanel and by that assumption I know which ones your talking about The average user will not know these things.
The last and most important part I do not see on your site is the Terms and Services or AUP (Acceptable Use Policy). This is a must for a service provider, although you do list most of the content that is in your TOS/AUP in your Hosting and Gaming FAQ. What you may want to do is rethink your terminology a little bit and seperate the two ideas a bit. The TOS/AUP is the legally binding document which governs how you do business and deal with the various issues that will arise. This document lets clients know what is expected of them and what they can expect from you as their provider. Your hosting FAQ has nothing about running scripts, bots, hosting warez, and etc.
If you don't have any documentation posting otherwise, don't expect to win any court cases if you are taken to court because the government finds warez or some other illegal content on yoru site. Yes you say legal under the adult content, but warez and ripped dvd's are not adult content. Remember that you are ultimately responsible for all content on your servers. If you don't post anywhere on your site and require that they read and aknowledge this information then you are just as much at fault as your client, and you yourself can also be found guilty of the same offenses. Look at some other sites and get some ideas. It wouldn't be a bad idea to hire a lawyer to help you write your TOS/AUP to make sure all legal back doors are closed. Leave the FAQ to defining terms and quick little answeres to commonly asked questions concerning your services. Like: "Can I compile programs written in C and C++?" "What programming languages are available?" What is the location of the sendmail deaomon?" "How do I read the output from my log analyzer?" I hope you are getting the picture.
Your online ordering didn't seem to work properly when tested. I clicked on the package and clicked on order, however it came back with "The page cannot be displayed". You may want to check this out and get things fixed so you can start taking orders ;-).
Your Hosting area seems a bit confusing. I don't see any products for windows hosting. You have a picture for it and a price but no way to get to them. Are the packages under the linux picture the linux packages then? If so where are these mystery windows packages? Is it the Business packages under the drop down? It is a bit confusing. Maybe you should list the linux and windows, explain what they are and brief differences, then link to a page with the linux offers on them and then link to a page that has the windows offers listed on them. Whats the active server list for? This left side has a title, but nothing in it. This is confusing.
On
http://www.wojjie.net/serverInfo.php#2 you seem to have a header that says services then nothing else. I'm assuming your talking about the info in the center area, but again it looks as if your going to list them on the left hand side, but seemed to forgot.
Overal, I like the design of your site. It is very well put together and there are minor places for improvement. It lookes very professional and seems as if you have put some time and effort into things. You have devoloped your content; however it's a bit hard to navigate and you seem to confuse the person looking for information. Develop a good TOS/AUP in order to protect yourself legally. Get your order system working so you make make some $$$$$$$$.
Sorry if my english is less than perfect or if there are a ton of spelling errors. I finished this really late and after a 12 hour work day.
