Digitalance is a freelance marketplace for skilled creative and technical service providers. We're hoping to attract professionals >3 years experince in at least one chosen field (graphic design, web design, Flash, PHP, etc.)

Other sites are flooded with newbies claiming to have "skills" who underbid, overpromise and then altogether ditch the client later. We want to avoid that by pre-qualifying signups. Only freelancers who pass our review can proceed to the order page, after which, they'll be able to bid on projects.
