Yellow background doesnt suit well with white test background, apart from that the site looks simple,nice & loads faster.
Counter script looks nice, but I havent checked it out.

Nice job done, slight improvements will make the site look excellent.

its not bad, i think you need to touch the template up a bit, but besides that you're good to go
