What made you choose your present host company?

Hi guys,
Just wondering, how did you come across your web host? On what criteria was your selection based?

the datacenter used for phpservers was chosen because of their great support and reputation.

I always look at the support factor. If a company can help me during off hours then they are ok by me. I want to know that I can get a problem handled within a 2 - 3 hours incrament.
