Hi,

Looking at http://www.micfo.com/ - Seem pretty good, excellent prices.

Does anyone have any experience with this company at all before I sign?

I'd like less than $10 per month, with at least 1000MB if web space and unlimited POP3. Also I'd like cPanel control Panel.

not sure about their services, however, their site is hosted at rackspace, a very good DC. You should try to contact them, to ask some questions and see how they reply. Try with several providers, so you will see differences between them, and have right decision :)

I am not sure about micfo, but maybe you should search for more hosts in web hosting directories for more correct information and maybe also try and erad any erviews about them.

these are some directories that come to my mind at the moment, maybe you should go there type in your search query and search for more hosts, most of the times it does give relevant results.
