Best hosting with the best customer service

Guys, any suggestions on web hosting companies with great customer service. I'm new to this and would love to have a provider that has a call center in America that i contact almost 24/7..thanks.

You can have a look at bodhost.com. They have 24x7 phone support, chat support and good response time for tickets. We have one of our sites hosted on bodhost windows server and we have got more than 99% uptime from the windows server.

I can highly recommend www.icdsoft.com for hosting and support, they don't have a call center but they have an online ticketing system and over the 50+ tickets that I have submitted the longest I have had to wait for a response was like 6-7 minutes They have also fixed problems that I caused (eg, scripting bad coding php) without charge..

Of course you're going to get a million answers to this one. I'd say that the best thing to do is to take the recommendations you get and test them out for yourself by sending a few presales questions. You can gauge alot by the tone and quality of the responses you get.

ServInt.net - hands down. They have a staffed *on site* network operations center, available 24x7 (they own their own datacenter in McLean, VA) - including holidays and weekends. These guys have some of the most clueful techs I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They really know what they're doing. They tend to respond to e-mails in ~ 5 minutes or less. If the question is urgent, just pick up the phone and call them. From my experiences, they seem to be eager to help in any way they can. I should also mention that all of their VPS and Dedicated Server packages are *fully managed* - they do all the work for you of maintaining the server, you just worry about the content.
