Sounds like a kid messing with you and has nothing better to do. The key response from you "Do you have a question related to ServerCircle Sales?" is the one that can determine pretty quickly whether this is worth your time. If the person can't answer that, then you can politely say "Thank you for visiting our site. If you have any questions regarding our services, please feel free to contact us"

Yes, I would definitely have done that had I been playing full attention, however I was busy working with a customer and just went with it as I heard the 'ping' :P

I wonder how long it would have lasted if this was a phone call? Although you would be able to tell about the person when his mom is yelling in the background for him to get off the phone because its time for dinner :)
