Kayako isn't expensive, and I don't know why everyone continues to say this. For the quality of the product it is an excellent deal. Not only that but, the new V3 is really going to pop alot of your eyes out and it's definately worth the price that it is priced at now.

I agree that Kayako is definately worth the price. You do get what you pay for :)
