First off Kayako isn't a control panel, it's a helpdesk system. Cpanel would be a control panel ;)

It sounds like you're having some kind of cookie issues with your browser so it's not keeping track of your session. You might want to check your browser prefs and see.

Have you tried contacting them about the issue?

eSupport is pretty good, I never got it integrated with WHMAP but I love it :)

To be honest I wouldn't touch kayako with a barge poll. There is no real difference between perldesk v3 and the "long awaited" new release of kayako.

Only difference is, you have to remortgage your house to buy kayako whereas perldesk is only $50.

Same with there LiveResponse package, it doesn't house half the features phplive does. Yet its still more expensive.

They seem to be money grabbing for me, they would make a lot more sales and a lot more profit if they dramatically reduced the cost.

Well, I used to have a signature. Honest

Kayako isn't that bad - montly lease price is $24.
Yearly owned license is $199 and owned is $349.

It could be a bit less expensive but I don't think you'll need to mortage your house over it ;) I dont' like the anticipation of, "but version XYZ is coming and it's only $". If you need a solution you need it now, not tomorrow, next year or month because sometimes you can't wait.

I've got got owned licenses of both E-Support and Live Response.

While they aren't perfect, I'm very happy with them. You are entitled to your opinion of their software Ub3r, but I am entitled to mine as well :D

For paid ones, i thought perldesk is doing fine already, although i've heard complains about poor support as a paid script and such.

I'm also enjoying osticket as free ones, and should be located either in cPanel of Fantastico.

I feel kayako is good but the only problem is the way they have priced the software. It is slightly expensive.
