Did you ever considered raising the standards by making sure your customer service representatives are certified in customer service?

No,

It doesn't matter to me if someone is certified as a customer service representive. I could have all these certifications and make it look good, but just because somebody takes the course doesn't mean they didn't cheat. I like to give people a chance to prove themselves and if they do well they can stay with us.

well considering towards this, if u have stuff u can beat the heat.

certifications are not so necessary, if u have enough talent to prove.

Not even that, no matter how pleasent a rep might be, some clients will just never be happy.

I think a certification in politeness would be better. It seems I often catch reps having a bad day.

I wish that our system would just delete all !'s and put all caps into small case. Then there wouldn't be any panic when replying :)
