What do you guys have in your control Panel that makes your life easier as a support tech with webhosting? We are looking to upgrade ours and would like to know what people have had sucess with?

For ME in my control panel~

There is a built-in helpdesk for customers to post their problems. Once it is posted, a notification will be sent to the staff to answer the customers questions. :girlchat: There is an emeow form which customers can submit their problems and the emeow will deliever to the technician. :)

The difference between helpdesk and the emeow support is that helpdesk allows the customers and staff communicate via the web-based interface while emeow support allows them to talk via emeow~ :p

How much is a helpdesk license?

I have heard of perldesk, but I do not know whether it is free or not~
I haven't checked out their web site~ :p

I can recommend Support Logic http://www.support-logic.com from personal experience. I don't use it any longer, as we now have a custom solution also which has been integrated with our client center.

Umm ok, but perldesk has nothing to do with helpdesk if I am correct and my question asked for a price of helpdesk, which you didn't provide untill now.
