I, unfortunately, am a CI Host customer. My website and email have been down for 5+ days. Hold times are over 1 hour, and when you get an employee on the phone they won't tell you anything and are very rude.
How can I get my account cancelled and my domain transferred elsewhere? I am a novice at this.
BTW, the employees are saying negative things about Christopher Faulkner, the owner, and the rest of the management. It sound like they are as disgusted as the clients. |
