OK, another problem, not mine though. Apparently my silly (to say the least) little brother can't create an account (actually he can't do anything else then chat on IRC on the net), so I was wondering if there was some way for me to create it for him, or something like that. Thanks.

As far as I know (and I don't know much at this time) you can send him a small amount of money directly from your ikobo account. ikobo will automatically create an account for your brother and it will also send a brand new ikard to the address you specified when you completed the registration process.

Hmm... I don't find them so high IMO, then again, I don't have that many options so I suppose I'm a little biased here.

Well, your answer is a little late, wouldn't you agree? Eh well, I solved it a long time ago, pretty much they way you said. It's been working fine until now so I suppose I don't have any complaints.
About fees, I don't find them to be so high, especially considering the fact that before ikobo I was using western union to send money. ;)

Regarding ikobo's fees I would that it uses pretty much the same fees structure as paypal. I can't use Paypal and 2co's fees are twice than ikobo's or paypal's fees not to mention the 49$ setup fee.

I don't know much about iKobo but it's not all about fees and rates. With PayPal your transactions are protected by PayPal's sophisticated fraud prevention system. As for 2CO is intergrated with the most debit and credit cards without the need of creating an account first, in almost all globe.

*No Accounts Required for Buyers – Buyers do not have to create iKobo accounts when purchasing. This results in higher conversion rates for merchants. http://www.ikobo.com/merchant_service.php

You're right, it's not all about fees but they do play an important part in decision-making. I know paypal users are protected by their security system and so on, but how good is that since there are quite a number of complaints about this and I think there was (or still is) a class action lawsuit against them. Correct me if I'm wrong.
