The do not call is in effect. I haven't had a call from a telemarketer since then. If a telemarketer does call me I tell them if they call me again i'll report you to the FCC.

Acording to ICANN, it is illegal to use whois information for marketing.

What if they call me and I ask them where they got the information and I recorded it. Would this be proof enough to get them in trouble?

That company seems to push their customers/potential customers around....

Isnt it simple to just tell the telemarketers you dont need their service ? I mean.. as long as they are polite , i dont really mind....
