Talking Help Desk/Knowledge Base - 03-01-2004, 02:50 PM

Which script/software most of you use to provide basic support to your clients? At the moment I do not use any, except for a built in help desk in WHM Auto Pilot, but I'm about to obtain a eSupport License and that will take care of that.

PerlDesk
is good.
But, HelpCetnerLive is also a very good support tool.
