I had experiences with the both of them and I'm using WHM Auto Pilot now... know why? B'cuz it is 100x easier to handle, more user friendly, and doesn't take the resources taken out of your server, aswell as you are not required to go through a bunch of tutorials in order to get your client management running ;)

Although MB might have extra features, I still recommend WHM AP because soon it will have most of those features too and I dont think MB is the worth the money.

Which one do you prefer and why?

I recommend Client eXEC, more userfriendly and Fast, I am using it for 3 months now and love it

1. ClientExec doesn't have instant account setups for cPanel nor any other control panel, you have to manually insert the members.

2. WHM AP has all the features (even the trouble ticket system) that ClientExec has PLUS you can be worry free and you can get the account setup instantly and easily without any hassle of logging into the root and adding the account, filling out all the information, really becomes a pain when you're getting around over 25 members daily or more. <_<

Actually CE now does offer cPanel integration. Nowe you have to tell it to setup as it does not do it automatically (I wouldnt do it automatically anyways myself).

It is a FREE plugin that is downloadable off of the forums once you have purchased.

Can't go wrong!
But if anyone else has had a different experience let me know.. I have never used the other option .
