Confidential File on Internet

Hi All,
I have a file which i want to share with some of my collleagues through my site. Also,

1) I want to restrict access to the file to a small set of people – about 50 people.

2) I want people to only be able to view the file online.

3) I do not want anyone to be able to download the file

4) I do not want anyone to be able to print the file.

Does someone have any ideas on how to do it? Any useful leads will be higly appreciated.

As soon as you let them view the file, they have downloaded it, QED.

I think what you really mean is that you want to keep them from saving it to disk.

The problem is that as soon as you let them download it, you aren't going to be able to stop them from doing whatever they want with it. The best you could hope for is making it very difficult.

Yes, your best bet is to only give the file to people who you trust wont download and print it.

One solution to stop downloading is to show the file using flash as an image and make the flash file check the date and if its past the date then the file wont show and you can encyrpt flash now to 64 bit I believe.

try some cms programs where U can restrict people downloading where as they can view the file, only Ur members can view it.
