I have a domain hosted in a hosting company, will it be possible for me to have my subdomain alone hosted in another hosting site with full dns support.

yes but you'll need to login to WHM or whatever panel they have and manually change the DNS settings for the subdomain.

my host provides me cpanel host 8.0, how can it be done there, can U explain it.

I don't think you can do it from cPANEL. I'd ask your host.

It is not possible thro. cpanel only host can make arrangement for it.
