I'd like to create a unified support center for all of my small little projects. I've been looking at Kayako and I had a couple of questions from people who use it.
1)
Are your customers happy with it? Does it work reliably well?
2)
Can I brand (change the graphics) for multiple "faces" of my projects using one license?
There are 2 ways that I could go with this:
First direct customers to:
http://www.domain.com/support/ http://www.domain2.com/support/
...etc
Where the domain changes but the directory stays the same
Or, I could do something like this:
http://support1.globalsupport.com/ http://support2.globalsupport.com/
...etc
Where the sub domain changes but the domain stays the same.
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, etc for creating a unified support system for different "brands" of companies is greatly appreciated!
