hello.. im assuming that your a new user whos looking for a web hosting and having great problems finding the correct one. i was once 1 ;)

anyways.. there isnt a best host out there... you can always go for webfusion or 1 of them professional companies but i can assure you their support is not as fast!

im currently on host called ebreaze and they helped me alot thru my nightmares!!

i would recommend ebreazehosting as they are not only friendly people but their provide good service and i think u should try them out.
there staffs email me every month just to see how am i doing.. how cool is that/?? also they give you a free month if there is any downtime but the probably is THERE IS HARDLY A DOWNTIME :(
