| Webhosting with paid script inclusions? -

Hi all, I am thinking of adding some paid scripts such as vBulletin and vgPortal on as inclusions for 'Special' deals. Do you think it's wise, to purchase bulk ammounts of script licenses, and then sell them along side special packages, with higher monthly prices, so people who dont want to have to buy yearly ones can just rent ones along with hosting? If that wasn't confusing, I would like to know if anyone would advise it, and if anyone has had past experiences with such ideas. Thx!      |

This is done all the time and I'm pretty sure that's why the bulk subscriptions exist. It's an upsel (would you like fries with that) sort of thing. If there is sufficient interest in advanced scripts on your server, it may make sense. |
