Looking for Canadian hosting company

I recently moved from Arizona back to Ontario, Canada and I'm considering moving my domains to a Canadian hosting company.

I need to host 10+ domains and I've been using an unlimited reseller account for that.

My current hosting company has started to give me some problems and I want to make sure I don't gain more problems by moving to a new host.

My main criteria are:
- no bulk emailers or spammers on the shared box
- secure shell access
- CPanel
- PHP, Perl, MySQL, etc. etc.
- no database limitations
- no email account limitations
- generous amount of disk space
- affordable :-)

Any suggestions as to who to consider and who to stay away from?
