Sorry, lost track of this thread. I'm currently trying to get setup in US with a US bank and Authorize.NET account. If that fails, I'm going to go for WorldPay.

Canadian merchant accounts do take awhile to get setup in most cases.

PSI-Gate & InternetSecure are the two most prominent Canadian options - or at least the two that I've heard the most positives about.

For folks based outside of the U.S. & Canada, WorldPay seems to be the most stable option at this point. However, it also does take awhile to get setup with them and they have a several week funding delay before their first payouts.
