I saw others doing it and making it big, so I thought why not give it a try... nothing to loose, right? So first 8 months I started to get into servers, then I decided lets do it, lets open up a business because I can do this, I can be one of my friends that opened up a business and are now at the top of the list.

It started because I was tired of shelling out money to other hosts in order to host the sites I desiged. I realized that many people wanted to go to one person for design and hosting, and that by paying someone else (and me marking it up) - I wasn't giving them the best deal I could.
So I started off with a reseller account, and grew into a dedicated, and grew from there. :)

I was looking for an option to work from anywhere I wanted to. I'd like to live in other areas of the US - less stress and lower cost of living + great nature around (at least where I want to go).

I am online a lot, and instead of continually paying for shared hosting accounts and then resellers, eventually when I bought a dedicated I decided to resell it to other people. Plus, its always a good way to earn money.

When I started my first hosting company (the only one I've owned), it was because nobody was serving the niche market that I was in. So, I opened my own hosting company and business trickled in. :P

When a decided to open a webhosting company it was mainly because I wanted to end up with something like httpme and a like.

But to be honest, the hosting business isnt as popular as you would think anymore. Its way to saturated with $1 for everything hosts.

I deffinetly prefer the business I am in now, and I would imagine Roj would agree to :)

Well, I used to have a signature. Honest
