what do you guys reckon is the best live support chat software?

well i like PHP Live mainly because i've tried it before and its got everything i need.

Im also planning to setup a chatroom on my Webhosting Site to get a little more activity going on and get the clients to know each other and also get some potential clients to hear about comments from current clients.

I'd just check some out on hotscripts.com and play around with the demos and/or install them and test them. HCL (HelpCenterLive) is pretty widely used.

Hey i have Help Center Live how do i change the text on the image to make it say Online i have opened the Live Request Monitor in the admin section and it still doesnt say online on the live support image..
