I still have all my customers, except the fraudulent ones. We have been running for 2 years.

I do no see why customers would have to left a company when the services provided are respectables and the support is good.

Without considering if a company is new into the business or not, sometimes new company are more motivated than old one, and small companies can also reacts better and faster than monster ones.

It's a prooven fact :)

By the way, a nice design on your site Thomas, wish you the best of luck with your venture.

Customers mainly leave because of problems like Downtime, Arguments, Support not being up to notch and also because of what another person has said about a particular webhosting site.

Thanks Operator... yes, we've just started, but we're having some traffic already. Haven't do any advertising, as I don't have the money for it yet!! :-) hehe... time will say.

I had to think back, and I think our first customer was a donated space. Then a year ago (this same month) he decided to convert to a paid account, without any prompting on our part.

Our second and third clients, (if memory serves correctly) were both sites that went out of business.

The next two we still have... One of those sites I worry a bit about, it's been broken (script problem I assume) for well over a year, the owner has been out of touch for quite a bit longer, but keeps making his monthly automated PayPal payment.
