Rule #1 To promoting your website cheaply

NEVER Give away your secrets.. Be weary of advice you recieve on promotion methods, a large percent just don't work, The people that do great on advertising will never tell you what they did or how they do it, the people that THINK they are doing good and getting even better returns will tell you everything..

Website Advertising + Local Advertising + Forum Advertising are the best ways to promote a site. ;)
