i don't think you can calculate this. If you have 3 BIG forums (1000 users eachs) this can play with the stability. But if you only have some small HTML website, with no java,php,mysql,... you can add much. I think, the maximum on a server, 100-120 is perfect (HTML) and 50-60 (PHP). Don't forget, if your user use all the bw, you will be in the sh*t :P.
