Need help configuring new helpdesk....

I am using the Cerbreus Helpdesk system. I have it installed but I am having issues configuring it and setting up the parser for it and everything....if anyone has set up this helpdesk before could you help me out with this please....I tried posting at thier forums but they are sooooooo slow activity wise there responses dont come fast enough.......
