Need Your Help in choosing LIVE CHAT Software.

We need your help in making a decision between Kayako or Star Develop for LIVE CHAT since we are not impressed with PHP Live Support due to the small bugs. Thank you for your cooperation!

Well i've been using Star Develop...so far so good.... clients love it and says it looks great. Windows program is also very useful

We were leaning towards Star Develop as well due to the fact that we didn't like some features with the Kayako live chat but after we heard from someone that Star Develop is slow and laggy we were a bit hesitant. From your point of view ToOnZ what do you think of Star Develop in terms of lagginess :)

Probably just that guy's server lagging :)

I would recommend that you use Kayako LiveResponse. The StarDevelop is still in development and there has been word out around Kayako grounds that a new version of Kayako LiveResponse will be released that stomps StarDevelop all to hell :)

I've been using PHPLiveSupport and it has been very good. I like the fact it has a desktop app that sits in the system tray, very handy!
