I ordered a dedicated server from them and paid for 3 months. During the first month they suspended the server twice because they thoght that I did not pay. I had to prove to them that I paid in 20 phone calls, letters and faxes to unsuspend the server.

After 1 month they suspended the server, deleted all the files and gave the server to someone else.

It took me again 20 letters, faxes, etc to show them the mistake they did, and they gave me another server, it is empty from my files and I don't have backup.

I don't want to use their server and I asked them to refund all the money I paid them. They do not answer me now for a week.

Beside the $250 I lost wioth them, I also lost my files, and I lost the money that I paid to move the domains to the server.
