Can someone please comment on this?

I might be in error here and here and in order to get outside advice I post this on the forum to get feedback and comments.

I create your account a few hours after you order. Unfortunately you usean email address is not working. That caused a few days delay.

I reliased that you may want to host .co.za domainsand those domains require rDNS to be set-up. To do that you need unique IP's and I had to change your one IP. Normally rDNS are only set-up on request.

This morning I realised you were editing the DNS zones and I fixed them for you. This will take a few hours to propagate through the internet. If you did not mess arround with the dns zones, this would notbe necessary.

Since you advertise and provided two IP addresses, I changed the DNS entries to reflect this IP addresses but crazy host still insist to use their own IP address. I also only changed the DNS entries after 5 days and after asked you to use the assigned IP addresses.

Please explian to mewhy you think you get poor service.

At any of the biggest hosts they can setup and install the reseller account within hours with own IP addresses and nameservers. However, after one week it's still not done at crazy host. I for one, don't regard that as excellent services.

From the start you blame ME for problems such as;

1) said the e-mail address I supplied don't work, while your OWN system send an e-mail to that address immediately after the order was placed without any problem so its obvious that it must be a manual error with the address, or no further mails were actually send.

2) said that I don't know much about reseller hosting because there is TWO control panels and I only accessed the Cpanel but the mail that you send didn't contains any links to the WHM panel. It's not the client's task to quest what the provider did or what is the links. They should send the necessary information to the client.

3) asked that I confirm that I created ns1 on 216.240.134.41 and not 43? The server is picking itup as 43 but YOU was responsible for setup the ns1 entries on the server and not me. Also, even if you used 41 instead of 43 it doesn't make sense to provide me with IP addresses but use your own IP address for setup.

4) said that I messed with the DNS entries but that was configured to reflect the IP addresses assigned to me because the system was configured with your IP address. Instead of changed the reseller account to the IP addresses assigned to me you simple changed the DNS entries to reflect your IP addresses and then disable the WHM dns entries function. You assigned the IP address 216.240.134.43 to me and I only changed the DNS A entry to reflect this IP address, which are correct because it reflected YOUR IP address 216.240.134.41 at that stage.

5) Said that it seems to you that I need to study the hosting business a little more while you yourself seems total unable to create correct entries for ASSIGNED IP addresses. Despite the fact that you assigned 2 IP addresses to me new accounts created via WHM panel still reflects your IP addresses. It would rather make sense that YOU as reseller, studied the business a bit more so that you can see how the big shot hosts do it.

Blame your clients for problems indicates very clearly that crazy host don't know anything about customer relations or business management at all.

If your domain is not pointing to our server - how do you think any of the server setting will have any effect? I think this just sums up this whole saga.

We trust that you will have loads of fun with your new hosts.

What kind of comments are you wanting? Are these people who complained about you and you are trying to clear things up? If so, sounds like your not the best webhost :\
Just my opinion. Please fill us in.

sorry to see your customer go, but i dont mean any offense but maybe try being polite with your clients and not try to fight with them to avoid them saying bad comments about you on WHT or other well known webhosting forums that can ruin your reputation

Yea. Exactly. I know we will do anything to make sure all customers are happy.
