I am moving from my present host asap today i hope and
no i will not name them.

I need to find a host who is set up to allow me to have subresellers under me or at least has a way for me to get paid when my customer whom i have trained and nurtured decides to move up.

My present soon to be past host did give discounts on full packages sold and administered by me Whm/Cpanel. The trouble
was their was never enough uptime to sell them.
Who offers a good lowcost main reseller account for me to host my customers and a plan or package for me to convert my customers to subresellers and they in turn to do the same.

I am just off the chat with one reseller host. Who really thinks
i would love to develope newbees and simply hand them off
to them when they become full grown.

What you should do is look for VPS Accounts. (Virtual Private Servers)

Ensim VPS's give you the control to have resellers under you.
