1/ Why didn't I see anything about your company infomation on your website (including network center, security system....) ? Do you work at home and do u have any staffs to support customers ?

Our new site is scheduled to launch Monday. It has a lot more information and a much more professional look to it. Everything about the site will be completely different, the only thing remianing the same is the domain name.

2/ What do you mean by Custom name servers. Are they liked dn1.mydomain.com, dn2.mydomain.com ?

Yes, that is exactly correct. However, this is only true until Monday. We will only be offering Annonymous DNS when our new site launched. Custom DNS will be an extra $10 setup fee due to the extra labor involved.

3/ Why your website don't have a customer forum?
It is being discussed.

4/ Does your server have anything to protect customer site to against DOS, SQL Injection .. or some kinds of hack ..!

We have many security features to uphold the integrity of our servers. However, we will not discuss anything in detail for obvious security reasons.
