Hi all, I 've been a reseller for around 4 years working with RapidSite. I've had few complains, since then, but now support is slow, and there are problems with e-mail. Specifically with webmail interface.

I'd ask you suggestions about an alternative company.
It needs to have SOLID e-mail system, and the features we all expect.
It's got to be a serious business. Not one that by next year will be gone.
The other condition is that the end user must only see the reseller branding.

All suggestions are welcome.

It seems to me that in all the years that I have been in business they only time I have ever bought anything from anyone is when I liked the sales person. We got along, and to me that is very important. The person that got you to buy, I don't know it makes me feel better about the product I guess.
If the tech support person is in the same frame of mind then it is a sure win.
Well I am sure not going to tell you to go to such and such.

We offer both sqmail and squirrelmail for web based email. Every email that is sent to a client's pop3 mailbox is first checked with SpamCops SPAM list. If the sender is on their list, the SPAM email is dropped and never makes it to the client's mailbox. This automated SPAM protection tool makes protecting yourself from SPAM an easy task. Hi we can help you with this, let me first introduce a company I work for Interhost Uk http://interhostuk.net . We are part of a family group of hosting companys which has been around for over 9 years in total, with full automated access to enom and Nominet Uk.

I personaly use them as my host at home for my personal website, not just because I get it free but because its very fast and very reliable.

Best of all I know that they do know what they are talking about. What you have to watch out for is resellers with a dedicated server whom cram the servers full of resellers and this gradually slows the sites dowm. Most also decide to move on to other things and leave you hanging. We own all of our servers so any problem what's so ever we take care of in a fast and efficent way.

I would recommend the basic reseller package from the company I work for to start with as you can always upgrade, it includes cpanel/whm which is really good and very stable. Avoid Plesk , enism .
