Hi Deborah,
As the author of both plans, I'll be happy to provide you with any more details. In a nutshell, both templates are 22-page-long, fill-in-the-blank documents designed to walk you through all the important questions you need to answer in preparing to start and/or market a reseller business (i.e., what types of services will you offer, what are your target markets, how do you plan to reach those markets, etc.)
To give you a better idea of what the templates cover, here's the table of contents from the "Reseller's Business Plan." Hope this helps!
