I am getting rid of the script because it did not include certain features I was looking for. I talked with the maker, who would not refund my money, but agreed to let me resell this one license of it.

It is the private label version of the script (no "powered by" labels)

The true value of the script is $50 but am willing to sell it for $45 to take it off my hands. I had paid $53 originally.

Once the script has been purchase from me, my current directory will be deleted from my site (briefstart)

It's VERY easy to customize. All you have to edit is it's index.php file if you want to change the way the template looks. Then there are other pages such as the FAQ and privacy policy pages which all you have to do is change the text.

And as well it's easy to use. You may create/delete directories and sub directorys, edit/delete users, edit/delete sites, and add partner links to the partners page all through it's control panel.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean in your first question. There are ratings but no reviews in the script.
The license is for one site only, and does not have any resell rights.
