Webmaster related website with good traffic

Hey all!

I have a webmaster / design related website for sale which has the following stats:

Email: manu@totalhosts.com
URL: www.sigshack.com | Webmaster / design related, which has tutorials and a owned VB forum with custom templates
Site Age: 1 year
Revenue: $0 no ads placed anywhere
Expenditure: None I would say as most is developed in our own time, and the server space my own.

Alexa Ranking: 194,638

Its listed on most major search engines, a search for the term "sigshack" should bring up some queries or just the domain.

Domain is at eNom so free transfer, and I can transfer the site over to your own server for no cost or you can stay with the current host.

Looking for serious offers (not looking for a huge amount make me an offer and we can discuss it further,)
