I've created www.scrollingtextads.com. It is similar to a banner exchange, but uses a new type of advertisement (you'll have to go to the site to see what I mean).

I have finished the site, and in the last two months have gotten about 100 members. Known bugs have been removed, and the site has great potential to profit through selling excess advertising (it is a 3:4 exchange ratio). I've even built a web-based interface to maintain it.

My problem is that I'm horrible at promoting websites. As a result, I would like to sell this website to someone who could do a good job promoting it.
