Hiring new employees is an expensive task, yet to compete in the web hosting business you need 24/7 reliable support. The most viable solution for small companies is to outsource their support to a third party they can place their trust in.

What we provide: At u2mike.com we have staff available around the clock to help take care of customer problems for you. We can take care of all or any combination of tech support, billing, and sales issues for you at the times you specify. If you only need someone during evenings or maby weekends you can give us the exact hours and those are the hours we will work for you.

What we charge: We charge $1/per ticket resolved, so this does not mean every new response, its until we fix the problem and give the customer a satisfactory answer. This ensures we will do our best to give a good answer the first time around. This also applies to sales, $1 for each new customer, that covers any presales questions they have, along with setup of their account and necessary fraud screening.

Interested? If you wish to use our service tickets can be purchased in increments of 50, we can do support for you over ticket system and email. If you need us to take care of sales we need access to the email sent by your payment processor so we can review the details to prevent possible frauds.

Our guarantee: We guarantee you complete satisfaction, if tickets are not reponded to in a timely manner (less then one hour) or responses are just not the quality you want you can ask for a full refund.

*We only offer this for linux and freebsd based hosts, we can work with just about any popular control panel, contact us to confirm your control panel is supported. Payments are done through paypal or by credit card.
