Selling 4 clients

Hello,

I'm from upload19, and we need to raise some quick money, so we are selling 4 of our clients.

All the clients are on out business plan, which is
500mb of webspace
10gb Bandwidth
Per year we charge $75 per client

So its a total income of $300 per year.

I am selling these clients for $350,

The four clients have been with us for a while now, and will renew next year.

You didn't specify whether the clients were paying for hosting annually, but I can assume so by the "The four clients have been with us for a while now, and will renew next year." statement. So you want someone to pay for 4 clients which will be hosted for free untill their annual renewal date (next year) and there is no guarantee that they will stay with the company?
